Yard Sale/ Gluten Free Goodies!

Well my son's school is having a Yard Sale, I have decided to sell some of my Gluten Free goodies to the people. I know that this is a chance to see how other people other than my loved ones react to my baked goods. I know that I was given this allergy for a reason. I also know that I find joy in seeing other people enjoy my food. Like I pour my heart and soul into my cookies, or brownies, and I love to see how my joy makes you joyful!

Its Been a while but here comes the summer again

Ok so I have had a rough few couple months, but I think with the summer slowly approaching im back on my grind. I have tried to get the ball rolling on a few Gluten free things in my life. Mostly the understanding of what goes into this Gluten free lifestyle. I have fallen down a few times but that is what the walk is for. You have to fall from time to time to fully understand what it is you stand for ! Wow i like that!
I have know what is gluten free and I know what i can and cant eat its just that i need to think before i put food in my mouth.. I just guess sometimes, and that isnt gonna work on this type of diet.. I wouldnt even dare call it a diet, because in a diet you have a choice. I have no choice, well to be sick or not to be sick, in that situation I believe any smart individual would take not to be sick. Yet silly Sara still continues to eat what she knows could not be gluten free. So with that said i have made the decision to go on a Detox/ All green and fruity diet.. lol .. I will still eat chicken and fish, but im cuting out Red meat, processed foods, sugar, and the worst part of it all im cuttin down my cheese. Omg im gonna cry.. I love love love chesse. but i gotta get this system clean. Like my mind body and spirit cleasing.
So with all that in mind... I know once i get myself where i want to be i will be able to be more confident, and more creative. Not even if i am not there yet i know that I am opening the creative doors. Enough about all that .. Lets talk about the good News!
Betty Crocker is coming out with Gluten free mixes!! Thank you Jesus!! I will be able to eat cake again.. and brownies.. I mean after i detox of course! lol
Also, next week is national Gluten free Awareness week at Uno's
so they will be having a coupon for gluten free pizza on their website for i belive a dollar off. .. So all you Celiacs out there go check out the pizza! its great and they offer an awsome Gluten Free menu..
