I found myself in the kitchen AGAIN this weekend. I know that this is because this is where I love to be, other than the pool. Being that the pool isn't open just yet, I will continue to bake. I am not a huge cheese cake fan, I figured I would tackle making one. To my surprise I loved it. The Crust was HEAVENLY! Perfect treat for a May Day!
